Pulse PEMF
Pulse PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy) is a non-invasive treatment that helps the body repair and heal itself, supporting recovery, enhancing vitality, and restoring balance.
Benefits
Enhanced Wellness & Longevity: PEMF promotes the body’s natural self-healing by boosting cellular energy and optimising overall function, providing a sustainable solution for long-term health.
Improved Recovery: Ideal for athletes and active individuals, PEMF reduces muscle soreness, minimises fatigue, and accelerates recovery, supporting training and performance goals.
Boosted Energy Levels: By recharging cellular energy and stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, PEMF helps restore vitality depleted by stress and daily demands.
Pain Relief: PEMF targets pain at its source, reducing inflammation and supporting the body’s healing processes to provide both immediate and lasting relief.
Relaxation & Balance: PEMF helps activate the body’s "rest and digest" mode, promoting deep relaxation, improved sleep, and mental clarity.

PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy) is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-frequency electromagnetic waves to stimulate the body's natural healing processes. It helps recharge cells, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and support overall recovery and well-being.

The ideal frequency of PEMF sessions is highly individual and depends on your specific goals. For general wellness and maintenance, 1-2 sessions per week may be sufficient. If you're using PEMF for recovery, pain management, or performance enhancement, you may benefit from 3-4 sessions per week. For more intensive support, some people may want to do daily sessions before transitioning to a maintenance schedule.
Our team can help guide you to the best plan based on your needs and response to treatment.

Yes, Pulse PEMF therapy is highly beneficial before surgery as it helps support the body's natural healing processes. Using Pulse PEMF pre-surgery may promote better circulation and cellular function, which can contribute to a smoother recovery.
Post-surgery, Pulse PEMF can aid in reducing swelling, bruising, and inflammation, helping the body heal more efficiently. However, we recommend waiting one week after surgery before resuming Pulse PEMF sessions.
If you have any concerns, please consult your doctor before starting Pulse PEMF therapy.
-
We recommend drinking plenty of water before and after your PEMF session to avoid dehydration. Please also make sure you have had a nutritious meal prior as we don’t recommend doing PEMF on an empty stomach.
(If you have had alcohol the night before or are planning a night out afterwards, please double up on the water intake as you will be extra susceptible to dehydration.)

Yes, PEMF is not recommended for people with implanted electronic or magnetic devices (e.g., pacemakers, defibrillators, cochlear implants), pregnancy, active bleeding, blood clots, or organ transplants. If you’ve had a recent injury or surgery, consult your doctor first.

Yes, some people may experience mild detox symptoms like headaches or nausea after their first session. This happens because PEMF helps cells release toxins by stimulating their natural function. Detoxification is a normal and beneficial process that supports overall health.

While home-use PEMF mats can be useful for general well-being, they do not provide the deep stimulation, cellular exercise, and neuromuscular activation that a high-intensity system like Pulse PEMF XL PRO offers. The difference is not just in intensity but in the way the pulses interact with the body, triggering deep physiological responses necessary for true tissue repair and recovery.
